Al F. Sluga

Mr. Sluga founded Alba Contractors, Inc. in 1995 and under his leadership; Alba Contractors Inc. has grown to become one of Northeast Ohio's respected industry leaders in providing concrete and waterproofing. As President and CEO, Al plays an integral role in the development of company strategies and long-term growth plans. Al has over 15 years of experience within the residential and commercial construction industry including on-site supervision, estimating, project management and office administration.

Elaine Longano

Over the past 13 years, Elaine has played a vital role in the success of Alba Contractors, Inc. She is responsible for all Finance, Accounting, Customer Satisfaction and Office Administration. Elaine works closely with Al to evaluate and redefine company initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and build long term repeat business relationships. Elaine enables finance and operations to work closely together which allows the business units to focus more on their core business.

Annmarie Vincent
Vice President

Annmarie joined Alba Contractors, Inc. in 2005 as an Independent Human Resource Consultant. In 2006, she joined the company as Human Resource Manager. She currently manages all aspects of Human Resources, New Client Relations, Marketing and brand image. Prior to joining Alba Contractors, Inc. she was a Human Resource Manager with MBNA America Bank from 1996-2005. She holds a B.S. degree in Sociology from the Kent State University.

Carmelina Sluga

Carmelina Sluga has served as a Assistant Vice President for Bank of America since June 1996. She has held various management positions including Project Manager, New Hire Educator and Customer Relations Manager. She currently serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors. Carmelina holds a B.S. degree in Education from the Kent State University.

Dan Allds
Construction Superintendent

Dan Allds joined Alba Contractors, Inc. in July of 2008 as a construction superintendent, overseeing the company's day-to-day operations. Dan has an extensive background with over 20 years experience in the masonry and construction field. Dan has been involved in many key projects and initiatives in Northeast Ohio over seeing multi-million dollar projects. He is skilled in the critical coordination and planning that is necessary to produce efficient, cost-effective plans that fulfill our customer's needs. Dan is a U. S. Navy Veteran.

Michael Keslar
Foreman

Michael Keslar joined Alba Contractors, Inc. in 2004 and has worked his way to Construction Foreman specializing in stamped and decorative concrete. Mike is responsible for the daily operations of his crew, customer relations, and job cost analysis and project management. Mike professionally manages each project from concept to completion with an understanding of the owner's needs and expectations.
